Payment Policy and Procedures
Payments are due by the 5th of the month
If no payment is received by the 5th of the month, a late fee will be assesed and the credit card on file will be used to settle the balance.
All members must keep a credit card and valid e-mail address on file (Please see the front desk for a form)
*Refunds are void after 2 weeks of making payment. Refunds within in 2 weeks of making payment are only 50% refundable. Birthday deposits are not refundable at all. You may opt to credit your account and use credit for any other activities in the gym
